Contract Services:
Contract service is simple, you let us know what equipment you want us to cover and we'll quote a yearlong (or longer) agreement to keep it running. We'll stock all the necessary spare parts to assure that you're downtime is at a minimum, and assure you that you will never be waiting for parts. In situations where it is deemed necessary, we'll even stock whole machine replacements for you.
Depot Maintenance:
Work is done on our shop premises in Wareham, MA. by professionally trained technicians using only first quality new parts. Prices are $65.00 an hour plus parts. Some monitor and printer types are less expensive to replace than to repair. Check with us first to see if a new piece of equipment is better suited to your environment than fixing an old one. South Coast can recommend and sell you whatever type of equipment you choose.
On-Site Service:
On-site services is designed for those people who cannot have extended periods of system down time. Using this option, we can normally have a service technician on your site within 4 hours of your initial call. (Naturally, this area is limited to Southeastern MA and R.I.) Once again, all technicians are professionally trained and capable of servicing most system types. Our commercial on-site rates are $100.00 an hour plus 1/2 time for travel, residential non-commercial is $65.00 an hour. All calls are a 2 hour minimum.
